If there was any donation issues, please email us at help@fundclubs.com or Send a Help Request to request a refund.
If a donation has already been payed out, we will attempt to contact the club for you to receive a refund.
After deleting a club or a group, we will payout any remaining donations left in your fundraiser to your bank account.
If no fundraiser is provided, we will send an email asking for a bank account to send the money to.
To help cover expenses to run this website, we take a small percentage of all donations.
We take 6% + 30¢ per donation with the donator always covering the flat 30¢ fee. 2.9% + 30¢ goes to Stripe while 3.1% goes to our company.
