If there was any donation issues, please email us at help@fundclubs.com or Send a Help Request to request a refund.
If a donation has already been payed out, we will attempt to contact the club for you to receive a refund.
After deleting a club or a group, we will payout any remaining donations left in your fundraiser to your bank account.
If no fundraiser is provided, we will send an email asking for a bank account to send the money to.
Each donation includes a 5% service fee, a 2.9% processing fee, and a flat 30¢ charge (always covered by the donor).
The processing fee and flat charge go to Stripe, while the service fee supports our platform’s operation and growth. Fundraisers can choose whether they or their donors cover the percentage-based fees.
